Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All returns are to be made within 14 days. Items must be in perfect unused or unsoiled condition with the original packaging. We are happy to exchange or refund (less p&p). In the case of exchange p&p will be free. Please ensure you have proof of postage and that goods are clearly labelled. Wath Vale Saddlery will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned goods in transit.
Faulty items will be returned to us for inspection and if required returned to the manufacturers. Please allow up to 28 days for replacement goods or refunds. Non stock orders, second hand saddles and made to measure items are non refundable. Wath Vale Saddlery must be informed of any dissatisfaction or damage to orders within 72 hours.

Occasionally items will be out of stock. In this case you will be informed. Please note all delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

We always endeavour to maintain correct pricing on our website but due to reasons outside our control this is always not possible. Wath Vale Saddlery will endeavour to notify you accordingly, to advise of any mispriced items to request instruction prior despatch or to cancel the order.
All priced include VAT at 17.5%
